Working with us: a challenge for the bold
Our work environment is tough—extremely tough. Those who boast about being “fast learners” or “stress-resistant” are often the first to burn out.
We’ve created a rigorous, brain-intensive system that challenges everyone. Of those who pass our test assignments, interviews, and preliminary evaluations, fewer than a third remain after the probation period (which lasts one to three months). But those who do stay grow into true powerhouses within a year.
No Traditional Hierarchies, Just Professional Excellence
There’s no office politics here, and we don’t have traditional bosses. The only hierarchy in our studio is based on professional expertise. Team leads (managers) can comment on timelines but don’t interfere with a designer’s creative decisions. Similarly, designers stay focused on their work but can receive guidance from the art director.
Communication Policy
To start a conversation with us, introduce yourself and share your accomplishments. While we’d love to respond to everyone, we only reach out to candidates whose profiles truly resonate with us.
We don’t have someone on staff whose full-time job is to say, “Thanks, but no thanks.” If you don’t hear back from us, it means we won’t be moving forward. If we do respond, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
For Those Changing Jobs
We highly value commitment and responsibility in our team members. If you’re thinking of joining us, we expect you to leave your current role thoughtfully and with integrity, ensuring all loose ends are tied up. This same level of care is what we expect from our employees when it’s time to move on.
Who We’re Looking For
We hire people, not just resumes. A standard resume—something polished for mass job applications—will be ignored. We prefer personalized messages that demonstrate you’re writing to us, not 40 other companies.
We’re interested in working with those who consciously choose to be here. This isn’t a place for short-term stops. If you join, it’s for the long haul. We’ve built an environment that supports long-term growth and success.

Internship Opportunities with Us
To join our internship program, you’ll need to complete a competitive assignment and deliver the best results. The internship lasts from one to three months, during which interns take on both organizational and creative tasks assigned randomly by the studio. This is a chance to prove your skills, learn from real-world projects, and immerse yourself in a challenging, dynamic environment. Only those with the determination to excel should apply.
Application Guidelines
We encourage applicants to share a bit about themselves, including their reasons for wanting to join our studio and their plans for the future. This helps us understand your goals and how they align with our vision.
