Zayats Studio is an autonomous center of the universe, complete with its own flag, anthem, and logo. Our internal policies are designed to create an environment that ensures a high quality of life and fosters the free development of our team members. The sovereignty of Zayats Studio extends across its entire space, including the kitchen and the doormat.

Zayats Studio is a secular organization. No religion is established as official or mandatory. Mocking the society of pink elephants is strictly prohibited. Any activities aimed at undermining the integrity of Zayats Studio, threatening its security, forming armed groups, or inciting social, racial, national, or religious hatred are not allowed.

We guarantee equality of rights and freedoms for all employees, regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, background, financial or professional status, place of residence, religious beliefs, operating system preferences, hair length, opinions on Kanye West’s latest album, body piercings, or any other circumstances. Employees of Zayats Studio have the right to peacefully assemble without weapons, hold meetings, hangouts, jam sessions, brainstorming sessions, rallies, demonstrations, marches, and picketing. The collection, storage, use, and distribution of information about an employee’s private life without their consent is strictly prohibited. In return, Zayats Studio values employee loyalty and respectfully requests that information about the private life of the studio not be shared externally. If there is an issue, employees are encouraged to share it with management, which will do its best to help.

Each employee is entitled to a personal computer connected to the global internet, accompanied by a chair, desk lamp, and a box of cookies. Employees also have the right to food, including hour-long lunch breaks, free coffee, hot water from the kettle, tableware, access to a refrigerator, and seconds if they’re still hungry. No employee should wake up at their desk with toothpaste smeared on them.

Employees may choose to work 12-, 14-, or 16-hour days or a six-day workweek if they wish. They are also free to stay overnight to work if needed. Zayats Studio ensures competitive salaries that are paid in full and on time. Employees are free to disclose their salaries to third parties, but only once—after that, the studio mysteriously loses one team member.

All employees have the right to participate in brainstorming sessions and studio hangouts, sharing their ideas freely without fear. They may customize their workspaces according to their professional, religious, or personal tastes. If you need a Zip drive, ergonomic keyboard, green floppy disks, dot-matrix printer, Angelina Jolie poster, or radiation-absorbing cactus, simply submit a request, and the studio will provide it.

Employees respect the property of the company and their colleagues. Taking another’s mug or spoon for exclusive personal use is not allowed. If you need to borrow a CD or toothpick, please ask the owner—it’s rarely refused.

Zayats Studio was created by people who are sick of bureaucracy and excessive corporate culture found in large companies. Here, employees, regardless of age, professional experience, or other distinctions, treat one another as equals—like siblings—with respect but without unnecessary formality. We encourage individuality, whether it’s short hair, piercings, bandanas, bold t-shirts, pom-pom slippers, or long hair.
